Alovera grow up in the spoilers’ community of Central Kingston and started performing in 1993 singing on sound systems at barbeques and community events.

    Alovera became recording in 2004 working with Tboots, Naciamaj, Karim from Orange Hill, Dubmaster Pops and the renowned dub poet Oku Onoura.

He is a prolific writer with a sultry, smooth and charismatic delivery and is known for his unique style of singing.

His sound is a mix between jazz, roots and reggae and he thrills audiences with his cool and easy flow.

His conscious lyric embodies the Jamaican culture with universal slogan of love peace and unity.

Alovera is one of Jamaica’s promising young artistes and has cemented his place in the music industry.

Currently he is working with a lot of different producers like Cultural production in France, Da lion in Portugal, Sentup in Spain and producers in Nigeria and Zimbabwe and he collaborated with renowned artist Jah Mason on the track, Jamaica a Paradise.

Alovera is very relevant right now and is fan base keeps growing, lot of people calling for interviews, calabs, dubplates and producers are sending new riddims.

Alovera has registered his own recording label Alo’s Records in 2018 and produced Roots Radic Soldier which has been heavily rotated on the local stations, Roots fm and Best fm.

Alovera has been getting rave reviews and rotations on the international radio stations and his slowly making moves on the international reggae scene.

His new album, Spiritual Warfare, released in September 2021 is really creating a buzz.
